The room was spacious and clean, and the location was great, with easy access to the metro. We felt safe walking around the area even at night. there were supermarkets nearby where we could find affordable groceries.
The unfriendly receptionist who did not greet us or make us feel welcome. The kitchen facilities were also locked, and we had to pay a deposit to use them, not mentioned during check-in.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with the rooms being fully equipped and comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, including a fourth-floor laundry area with washers and dryers available until 6:00 p.m. The location was perfect, situated in a good and safe area. We loved being just next to the Diego de León metro station, making transportation convenient. there were plenty of restaurants nearby for dining options.

The location was ideal, as it was close to the bus station which came in handy for us. it was conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable stay. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The staff at the reception were friendly and accommodating.
The kitchen facilities were locked and required a deposit to use, which was not mentioned during check-in.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Madrid and I must say, it was a great value for the money. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The location was perfect for me as I prefer a peaceful environment while traveling. Additionally, the hotel had good access to the Metro, making it easy to explore the city.
All in all, I had a pleasant experience and there was really nothing that I felt needed improvement.
